These terms apply when you buy from MI AMOR online. They include the information the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA, section 43) requires us to give you.

Products and prices

Product descriptions, photos and specifications are on each product page. Prices are in South African rand. Zenith XYZ Pty Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your order. Delivery is priced at checkout by the courier for your address and shown before you pay. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we’ll contact you before sending anything and you may cancel for a full refund.

Ordering and payment

You pay through PayFast on its own secure page (card, instant EFT and other methods PayFast offers). Your order is confirmed only once PayFast confirms the payment to us; we then email you a confirmation, which is your record of the transaction. You can see past orders in your account.

Delivery

Cooling-off, returns and guarantees

You may cancel an online purchase within 7 days after receiving it, without a reason or penalty (ECTA section 44). Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act. Details are on our returns and refunds page.

Car seat use

Always fit and use the car seat exactly as described in the manufacturer’s manual that comes with it. [Approval and standard details: added once the certificate is verified]

Privacy and security

See our privacy policy. Payments are handled by PayFast; we never see your card details.

Disputes
